The Forcaster returns, and here we go again, another episode absolutely filled with Wolves news, starting with the draft. We then get into free agency, mostly just Wolves related on that front, and of course the trade of “Big Al” to Utah, and the acquisition of Michael Beasley! After all that, with all the odd happenings, is there a conspiracy in the works reguarding our Timberwolves? Listen and ponder with us.
The Forcaster returns to join Paladino Joey on this epic show, where we discuss literally an “explosion” of topics. We talk about the NBA Finals, then we finally drop a bomb on something Garnett said when he actually JOINED the Celtics. Finally after all of that, we get into actual Wolves topics, as we just roll into the draft, a little free agency, our season wrap up and your posts on the T.E. Facebook group!
Joey is finally back in the saddle again in this mega episode, which is also a prelude another episode that will be the “State of the Wolves” In this episode, we talk about the playoffs, and also talk more draft, and vent about the continued horrible luck with the Wolves lotto woes over the years.
Tensions did arise this past week in multiple quotes from players and coach Kurt Rambis, where players are questioning the offensive and defensive schemes. Rambis in return is questioning certain players “No Quit” attitude when you read between the lines. We announce the new Timberwolves Explosion Facebook group, and get to several comments from you listeners and posters on the TSS boards regarding this growing situation.
Turnovers helped the Wolves go 0-3 this past week in fairly ugly fashion, which leads to a few rants. We also get a little deeper into the draft, and your host endorses two player scenarios which would fill a need AND be the best player available, which is a rare thing indeed!
A win in Miami is followed by a major decline in play; game by game that followed, especially another demolition at the hands of the Trailblazers. What made matters worse was something really unexpected, when Al Jefferson was arrested for a DUI, and suspended two games. Call into our Phone Lines at 209-736-7877.

By no means are we saying this is this a playoff team in a year, but signs of maturity are becoming more and more evident. Corey Brewer and Jonny Flynn are becoming more clutch down the stretch, and more savvy! Kahn says Jefferson is going no where this year, and Jefferson scores eight straight baskets against Memphis! You can have your ups, and you can have your downs, but the ups and downs of the Wolves this past week have been pretty astonishing. Joey discusses two lopsided games with the N.Y. Knicks, one a 27 point loss, the other a 21 point win, these among two other fairly lopsided games in each column. We also get into further trade talk, from David Kahn quotes.
